Delete your UCA Red Ball: Pulse Genesis data

UCA Red Ball: Pulse Genesis by ucagg.de has no accounts. What we have is linked to a random install ID made on your device. You can delete it at any time:

1. In the game

1. Open the game and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete my data and confirm.

3. By email

Write to noreply@ucagg.de with your install ID. We delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

• The install ID, platform and app version, first and last seen
• Your episodes, stars, times and clear counts
• Your messages to the developer and our answers, and which in-game messages you read

What is not on our server

• Your progress saved on the device stays there until you clear the app's data or uninstall it.
• Ad data is processed by Google AdMob; reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings, see Google's privacy policy.
• Server security logs (IP address, request details) are kept only for a short time, then removed.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
